Does'nt have to be someone that does'nt know a lick about boxing like yourself.
I'd welcome anyone that scored for Pacquiao who will break down the scoring criteria and explain which categories Pacquiao won.:hey:D

To suggest the highlighted is something even Freddie Roach admits Manny was'nt on par.

.....and you're waffling all over the place like you dont really mean what you're saying, "both guys hit clean, but maybe Marquez a little more.":patsch

Maybe???? There is no maybe about it. Marquez clearly landed cleaner, harder and more accurate blows, even most of the morons that scored for Pacquiao would admit to it.

If Pacquiao had landed the harder blows in the fight, this forum would be full of *******s making the case that is why Pacquiao won the fight.
They cant make that case so they cling to the fallacy of a hired HBO punch stat team who've been paid to count punches in favor of Manny Pacquiao.
This is all the *******s have to go with.

HBO has made it there theme for years to score their broadcasts fights on their "hired" compubox team, that they ignore the 4 scoring criteria alltogether.
After each and every round, HBO puts up the punchstat numbers, and then when it fits their agenda, at the very end they will make a case why their house fighter won the fight based on those corrupt punch counts.

Punchstats even when done with good honest intentions very often wont portray the story and accuracy of a fight. But when done dishonestly as HBO does it, its even worse.

    1. Yes, there is a maybe. Since Pacquaio landed a lot more power-shots according to the stats than Marquez.

    2. Maybe you are right, or maybe you are not. But without evidence of any kind. You become just another hobo with some bull**** rant after that statement.

Everyting else aside, saying JMM controlled the pace seems like complete bias. Pac stalked JMM, but really had no hurry and tried to measure when it was the right moment to leap in, JMM on his back foot tried to clock him on the way. I cant stretch my mind to understand how that is controlling the pace.

Over and over again I am beeing told this is because I am a ******* who dont understand the scoring criteria, and frankly knows nothing about the sport. But there is no attempt at all to explain :think

jmm threw less, fought backwards, landed less. pac fought forward, throw more, landed more, controlled the fight. that's what judges look for. u dont win fights fighting passively. u must be in complete control of the fight, and that is what pac did. it reflected on the judges scorecards. very hard to beat pac when he is on his game. the dude is constantly on the move and throwing punches that u must match his output or the judges will not score for u. and his footwork is so excellent it is hard to land on him consistently. speed kills. marquez is too old to match that output. its like trying to keep up with the energizer bunny

You're an idiot and throwing around stereotypical generalities out at the blue to see what sticks.

Go through my post history and bring out a post of mine where I quote punchstats to justify an opinion of mine.

If you go through my post history you will find that I'm againt broadcast teams using it because its inconsistent, cant gauge effectiveness, and broadcast teams with an agenda do the hiring of them.

Lapu, why the hell do you even bother to post? You have absolutely nothing of substance to offer this forum.:!:

that's the point, that's why in every competition there should have official
judges so that there is official result.:deal

This is a great idea, everyone should judge the fight and we will take a referendum who won. Hope we get a decision in a week's time.
