Pushing in the Khan vs. Peterson fight

    I'm watching it again on HBO now and I know there's pushing in almost every fight, but the pushing in this doesn't even seem to try to be disguised or anything. They are obvious pushes more than the pushes to create a little space. Could this be the reason for the points being taken away?

    the first point taken away he pushed with his forearm and elbow after several warnings and the ref in the 6th said my final warning and he did it again

    TBH I can't quite remember another fight in which a point much less 2 points were deducted for pushing.

    true. but at the same time khans pushing was so blatant and he refused to stop even after the first deduction...

    True but show me a fight where someone pushes so much in every round? not just 1 or twice...
