TFFP because it's the festive period I will refrain from abusing you and give you backin your currency. So liking a particular fighter makes one a spastic does it? Anyway I refuse to engage you especially when it concerns comparisons to those who are unfortunate and handicapped.

I'm not comparing, I'm nearly positive you are in some way mentally impaired. You have to be to believe him against Mayweather is a '50/50 fight' in your own words. Thats not liking a fighter, thats licking his ring and nutsack and living in a world of sheer fantasy. Good luck with it, it is Xmas after all so I'll go easy, I'm in good spirits...:good

Well if he as bad as you say does not say much for all the British fighter he as defeated does it or were their skills so deficient from places like Doncaster, Wales etc! He keeps winning and is now guaranteed a world title shot. Not bad for a crap fighter according to you anyway.

I don't think he's a crap fighter, being a fighter is about more than technical skill. Because its clear Ajose has very little proficiency in that area.

Nor would I doubt he's world class. But the thing is this, you hold him to an extremely high level. Therefore, we have to also hold him to a similar standard for there to be any context to these discussions. Bringing up guys he beat at the Doncaster Dome which were probably people like Alex Spitko isn't really a basis for any type of discussion on him.

So backing your fighter and having belief in him makes one mentally impaired does it? Please listen to yourself. There is no bigger fan of the Mayweathers than myself(Uncle Roger and PBF). Sugar Ray Robinson eventually lost as did Ali, Duran and Leonard. Mind you the great Calzaghe was undefeated despite the fift decision against Robin Reid.

Let's agree to disagree on technical skills because we obviously see different. You are probably the type who thinks the great Julio Cesar Chavez was just a come forward brawler not a great technical pressure fighter or that the great Azumah Nelson was nothing special.

Not at all, I rate them as extremely technically proficient. I rate Duran as perhaps the most technically skilled all-round fighter in history, whereas I don't think too many others world.

The fact is Olusegun is a legitimate brawler. There is absolutely no comparison between him and the above names. They didn't wade in throwing hooks with either hand at every opportunity.

This is another example of what I'm saying, you're consistently bringing these names up and pitting him in matchups of the like he's never been remotely close to and comparing him favorably. Which is why you must expect the criticism of him to be harsh in that context. Sure compared to Nigel Wright and domestic level fighters he's very good, compared to people like Gurrero his flaws are as wide as death valley. Nevermind Mayweather, Nelson or Chavez.

The good thing is that we are now at the stages were we will know who is correct or wrong. Got to go now but 2011 will be definitive one way or the other.

This is just silly! Chavez was a technician - excellent all-round skills, great at pressuring his opponent. Nelson was another technician, great at creating opening to exploit opponents' flaws.

Ajose shows none of those traits, but he is aggressive and can force opponents into doing things wrong. He doesn't do it through feints or footwork like the two above, he does it by just barrelling in with crazy aggression and wild punching.

As TFFP and a few others have said, soon as he meets a good opponent with world-class attributes his sloppiness will be his downfall. Guerrero isn't special, but he is well-rounded.

Ajose has beaen decent fighters in Lynes, Nuumbembe, Pryce, Wright and Chebah. For years Ajose has called out the big names like Hatton, Witter and Khan. He did not get the big UK names so he left for the US.
Ajose beat all these fighters fairly easy and has been ducked by the best out there. Ajose is capable of beating Peterson, Soto, Morales, Bradley and Khan. If he does is too be seen but he wants to fight the best and it is not his fault that it has not happened.

Ajose will be World champion in 2012. He will beat Erik Morales or Danny Garcia.

    :hi:

    Pryce and Chebah are pish.

Because he'd done nothing to earn the fight, and he didn't bring in the money to force it.

He hasn't been "ducked". No one, except Ajose and his team, asked for those fights. And seriously, you think he can beat Bradley? Laughable.

And that pretty much sums up the whole issue - he needs to beat a nobody in Garcia, or a has-been in Morales. And I guarantee he won't get the shot because he brings no money to the table.
