    Makes sense, he always looks fit... anyone ever notice his head is ridiculously larger than the rest of his body?

    I remember seeing this whole series a few months back. Hopkins can teach you a lot, as a fighter and a human being. Great example of success.

    Bernard's story shows that a human being does not have to be restrained by where he comes from and that his past does not always define who he is going to be.

    i have recently switched from a carb based diet to a whole foods diet and i am suffering from massive head dizziness and occasional headaches, anyone else ever have similar syptoms when breaking the carb addiction? other than that, my joint pains went away, my energy levels went up and i need less sleep.
