Felix Sturm said he's interested in fighting Dmitry Pirog on April 13.

Who do you think would win?

Pirog takes it, I think he'd be a bad matchup for Sturm.

I want Pirog to win for the simple fact that Sturm hasn't fought ANYBODY since he got robbed against Oscar!

He fought Macklin, Sylvester and Murray. Surely not great names but both Macklin and Sylvester were/are top 10 MWs and Murray is decent.

Looking at Sturm last few performances he only looks good in very infrequent short burst,
Pirog has looked good recently so i'd expect him to win and by a few rounds at least

Could be a close, tactical fight. If Pirog is able to work around Sturm's jab and land counters, Sturm will be in for a long ****in night.

    Sturm by robbery.

    I slightly favour Pirog.

It ies yet to see how Pirog deals with techician like Sturm with exellent jab.

I favour Pirog unless Sturm can somehow buy a gift decision, Pirog has the power like Macklin did to keep Sturm within his little shell for large periods but unlike Macklin he also has the awkwardness to make Sturm reluctant to open up for the final stages of a round.

I doubt this fight happens, Sturm is just trying to save face before taking on someone else. Pirog would pick Felix apart and stop him mid to late rounds. Sturm's a decent fighter, but he's had so many close decisions over his career when he's stepped up against good fighters like Gevor, Griffin, and more recently with Macklin, I don't see him risking his income against someone like Pirog. Geale yes, and I think he'd be able to get a decision against the Tasmanian fighter. He's probably fighting Zbik next anyways.

Could you imagine the contract he'd offer Pirog? He wanted earnings off of Macklin's next 4-5 fights for the rematch, no way Pirog gives up something like that. Golovkin's coming for you Adnan.

Zbik/Proxa in March. Sturm won the purse bid :rofl Something like $220k

    Okay Adnan has 4 options.

Get the **** beat out of him by Proxa

    embarrassed by Pirog

win a gift draw against Geale

or get completely ruined by Golovkin

    Cant wait :rofl

I would absolutely love to see Pirog-Sturm.

Pirog says he's willing to go to Germany for Sturm's April date.
