Him saying he didn't see the fight was not being abusive, in fact you triggered that back and forth with your response to his post. By showing the hypocrisy in what you've said that means I am factually correct, and therefore I'm gonna do the macarena in celebration.

I remember some on here even thought Colin Lynes would beat him! Lynes scored big macho points in the staredown before the fight but a few seconds into the fight he realised he was in over his head and was trying to survive.

Probably the fact he lost to Kotelnik pretty clearly if you score by the approved criteria, got shown up as a shoe-shiner by Bradley and beaten up by Matthysse.

That pretty much shows his level, I'd say.

 

My answer should tell you about my absolute conviction in him that I cannot envisage him losing.

 

His last three fights.

His career consists of a stoppage over a shot Junior Witter, a KO over average Urango, who an AIDS-riddled Hatton shut out.... and gift decisions against Kotelnik and Matthysse.

He can be tagged with jabs with ease, unusual for a southpaw, and also timed with the lead right no problem.

It doesn't help that he barks like a stray dog before he throws his jab, which would be crap anyway.

He'd barely be top 10 in a stronger era.

 

I picked Devon after a lot of debate in my mind as I rate both highly even before they became champions. Bradley won and reinforced my impression of him as a complete fighter. I got the pick wrong in what I also said was a toss up. Check my posts. I pick more winners than losers. I love Carl Froch but knew Ward would dominate him.

Forget styles, Devon Alexander is a poor fighter. He didn't even put up a fight against Bradley. He's a meek, weak fighter. Kotelnik outclassed him for quality of punching and he's a robotic predictable fighter, that completely exposed how lacking Devon is in the fundamentals of boxing.
