Cotto faced the better mosley, he nearly lost to mayorga of all people in the fight after that.
Not that it matters much but its not like floyd faced some prim version, still one of his best wins though.

Because I speak the muther****ing truth. Dude didnt win a REAL world title until he beat ****ing Yuri ****ing Foreman.

Look at his resume at 154. Mayorga (****ing struggled), Yuri Foreman( Got dominated by Wolak in his very next fight) and Margarito. WHo had one ****ing eye. :rofl

I hate his fans most of all. Go look at how he barely survived against the likes of Corley, Torres and Ndou at 140. Ndou was chasing his ass around the ring. Dropped 4 rounds vs Malignaggi who Hatton and Khan shut out and stopped.

His career at 147 was DECENT. Beat Mosley barely. Ok thats a pretty good win. Then who? Jennings? Gomez? Zab Judah? The Gift vs Clottey?

    Hof my ass.

I hope Bob Arum grows some balls and puts Cotto in with one of the big boys. But he wont. Cotto will be fed the bottom end of the 154lb division until Bob cashes out on him in a Pac rematch.

My ultimate wish is that he'd fight Sergio. God would that be a bloodbath.

Look at this. Malignaggi actually forces Cotto against the ropes lol. And people were surprised Pacquiao slaughered Cotto. When little men like Torres and Corley were a couple punches from blowing Cotto out of the ring.

Cotto's stamina issues caused him problems in later rounds repeatedly. Got lazy with his defense late on, almost cost him a few times. And hey, Corley had Mayweather hurt too, he wasn't that bad a puncher. Cotto's not got the greatest chin in the World. No reason to dismiss him completely.

  6. In world were Money May's wins against Baldomir and Gatti are hyped up by little kid fans, I am not surprised to see some of the silly replies...

Cotto is a hall of famer and his 2 losses are suspect to say the least. If you wanna pretend a dude wearing plaster in the ring is part of the sport, then go with with your gut on that one... But I am not quite as stupid as you are when it comes to "fear of needles," 7000 calorie mighty-meals and "cosmetic" powder found on wraps....:hi:

  7. The same Corley that had Mayweather on ***** street? Learn the game before you post. Silly Avitars are not always enough. :hi:

No ofc not, ATGs are the best of the best, Cotto isn't even top p4p today.

    I do not think so.
The way he ended against margarito 2
looked like he would not be able to
    fight one more round.

The ring magazine have Cotto rated top 10 P4P. Apparently beating a shot Mayorga, one legged Yuri Foreman, one eyed Margarito gets you P4P status. :rofl

Fought many of the best fighters at his weights, very good record from 140-154, the only guy he hasn't beaten was the FOTD for the 2000s and a future upper-echelon ATG in Pac. Cotto is a sure-fire HoFer. Not an ATG yet, but if he somehow beats Pacquiao in a rematch or Mayweather he will be in future ATG considerations.

It's unfortunate Mayweather fans give him so much hate and love to discredit him. Floyd Mayweather's resume pales in comparison from 140-154, yet many of these same fans insist Mayweather is still the #1 P4P while giving Cotto no credit.

How does Floyds resume pale in comparison you ******* moron? Of course your dumbass wants to elevate Cotto. A top rank hype job carefully matched benefiting off gift decisions just like your hero.

    Lets see

    Cotto

    Corley
Torres (Barely survived against a club fighter)
Malignaggi (Dropped 4 rounds to Malignaggi, 5 on one judges scorecard, was getting boxed off his ass in rounds 9 and 10)
    Quintana
    Judah (Floyd leftover, long layoff)
    Mosley (Barely)
    Clottey (Gift, Clottey won)
    Yuri Foreman
    Mayorga (Shot and Cotto struggled)
Margarito (Shot and fighting with one eye)

    Mayweather

    Corley
    Gatti
    Mitchell (Shot)
    Judah
    Baldomir
    Oscar
    Hatton
Marquez (shut out, guy who schooled your hero)
    Mosley
    Ortiz

Sorry I dont see where Cotto blows Mayweather out. INfact I think beating Oscar at 154lbs is better then anything Cotto has done his entire career.

Nah only thing unfortunate is that you gurgle Bob Arums balls *******.
