He's far behind guys of his era like Calzaghe, Pac, Floyd, JMM, Hopkins, RJJ, de la Hoya, Calderon, Wonjongkam, and potentially Vitali and Wladimir.

I say no. ATG implies a lot more than HOF.

No chance. Unless he can beat one of the top three P4P fighters surrounding him then he will not make it. That being said would a win over past prime versions of Mayweather or Pacquiao, or a win over the late bloomer Martinez who is still a number of levels behind past prime versions of Mayweather, Marquez or Pacquiao in building a legacy really be enough to put him in a top 100? No, not in my book. Even when Cotto was at his absolute peak he struggled past a very old Shane Mosley, beating him by a point on my card in a very mediocre performance. A top 100 placing cannot be justified. Hes not on the level of those guys you see in the top 120 like Norris, Camacho, Humberto Gonzalez or Carbajal. Thats not a slight against Cotto, hes just simply not good enough to be considered one of the best 100 fighters to have fought.

HOF? No doubt about it. Hes the premier fighter of a place that has perhaps the richest boxing heritage ever for its size. He's a box office phenomenon in his own right and probably the most popular fighter in the world after the top two fighters in the world. Thats a guarantee to get in the HOF.

Floyd's considerably bigger than Marquez, plus he cheated the scales.

Marquez has seen Pacquiao twice before.

Marquez was bloated and flabby in the Floyd fight.

Marquez was juiced up and ripped for the Pac fight, coming in bigger and stronger.

Last but not least, styles make fights.

That's why Floyd avoided Margarito, who would have come at him for 12 rounds with an iron chin and Michael Myers stamina. Heeeeey, Castillo!

You have to define all time great but to me he's already up there with three championships in three different classes. Has only lost twice and avenged one of those and he's still not done yet.

    :hat

He was a scrub who's only claim to fame was beating Cotto in the ams. **** you know why I didnt include Bruseles? Because he didnt do **** in his career. And neither did Maussa, Abudabi nor Bailey.
Bailey never did ****. Got KTFO by a **** fighter in Urango. But yeah I guess for a B level fighter its a decent victory. For Floyd Mayweather he'd be laughed out of the building.

Solid Pro's? :rofl Who have Urkal and Gomez beaten in their careers? Gomez is remembered for beating up a shot to pieces Gatti above his weight. ARe you kidding me.

Tell me you dummy. Would Floyd ever fight someone of the quality of Urkal or Gomez if it wasnt for instance, a title eliminator?

Santos was at the end of his career and looked absolutely **** in the fight. Unlike you ******* I watched it. Yuri Foreman was injured and got beat down in his very next fight against a now retired Wolak. You are really sucking some good dick now *******. :rofl
Mayweathers best win was 154lb Oscar who would have KO'd Cotto easy. Cotto barely beat Mosley. Who had Mosley beaten recently to show that it was a markedly better Mosley. Mosley was coming off a win over the guy who made Cotto take a knee. And beat him easy. Floyd dominated Mosley. Cotto ran and squeaked out a victory. Mosley was Welterweight champ. Mosley wasnt even in the welterweight rankings. Therefore Mayweathers win was better. Try again *******.

Marquez who schooled your hero for a 3rd time? You think the 2 pounds Mayweather dropped would have made him take the schooling your hero took *******?
How was Margarito the best win he lost to Williams? How was Pacquiao the best win he refused to fight Mosley who beat Margarito with Roach telling Mosley. "You're too good son" :rofl

How was Pacquiao the best when he never fought Floyd.

Here's a secret for you *******. None of the those muther****ers who ever fought for Top Rank were the best. Why do you think Arum kept Cotto away from Paul Williams? Why do you think Margarito ducked Williams to fight what Top Rank thought was a shot Mosley.

Your sugar daddy Bob Arum promotes hype jobs like your hero. Who cherry pick their opposition and sooner or later get exposed.
Umm Mayweather beat those 2 fighters. Cotto lost to them. Do we have to go over what resume means again *******?

:rofl I shredded your entire argument *******. You *******s try to hype every B level fighter Pacquiao beats. Go suck some Top Rank dick ******. Nobody holds a grudge against Cotto. I hold a grudge against your entire organization and every one of you muther****ers that bout into the Margarito and Cotto baddest man on the planet hype.

Tell me *******. If Margarito and Cotto are so bad, why arent they calling out Martinez? Why arent they calling out Paul Williams? Kirkland? Lara?

ASk yourself that ******* before you bring up Hof and ATG.

So Ugly. If the Marquez that fought Pacquiao fought Mayweather, the day after Mayweather got out of prison, with 10lb weights strapped on Mayweathers legs, how many rounds does he win? :rofl

With the exception of Puerto Ricans, Tito will be mostly remembered for looking stupid following B-hop and Winky around while eating punches.

With the exception of Puerto Ricans, Cotto will be remembered as the fighter that should have brought knee pads into the ring:

Ok cotto will definitely be in the hof but unless he does something great soon probably not atg. And I'm a big cotto fan. Now for these idiots talking ish on money check it: money is a 5 division champ and a top 3 atg @130. He is lineal in 3 divisions and has always beaten (not just fought) guys in the top 10 (pfp or in his division) and is still undefeated. And as for Leonard don't forget he did fight the best but used a combination of Pac and Mayweather ie fighting people when they are out of their prime and draining them (lalonde would have killed @175) and retiring when there ate real challenges. Oh one more thing i heard ray say on an interview that Mayweather us the best fighter he's ever seen and people are hating (I'm paraphrasing).
