I think the point BatTheMan was making was big fights.
Alot of fighters on the way up box in different places, but it is when they are a world champ with everything to lose, that really shows how they handle the situation, not boxing fights they are expected to win against a journeyman

and here we go again.they guy sell 20k tickets in Canada, his opponents are beging him to fight at home. How many seats had Ward and Froch sold in AC?that's right,6k..they both should beg Bute for a fight in Canada,in fact Froch just might do that real soon....

Hopkins seems more than willing to face him in Cananda.

when Bute will have a big fight with an opponent that could sell more tickets than him will happen. So far the only places it makes sense to travel it's in Denmark or in Nottingham. He can't fight elsewhere cause everybody want to travel to Canada and get their hands on that sweet Canadian dollars.I told Bat before,at this point he can complain about the level of opposition Bute had,not that he didn't travel but he comes back with the same **** every other day like a broken record. What was Bute supposed to do,fight Mendy in Paris in front of 500 people or Brinkley in Las Vegas in front of the janitor, the cleaning lady and the hotel manager?

You make it like He will completely transform from a Good Fighter to A Tomato Can because of the crowd being against him.

In all seriousness Beastside, I still believe Hopkins poses a greater risk to Bute than either Froch or Kessler.

If Bute takes this fight (and it's a fight I am very interested in seeing), he will get big props from me!

And if Bute should beat Hopkins (or even just keep it super close) I will give him credit.

    :good

The only tougher fight out there for Bute as I see it, is the Ward fight.

No, but it's a big difference fighting in your opponents backyard 6+ timezones away.

    Yeah!
He's one of those guys who would trow a coin in the air make sure that he got your attention with that coin and while she's spinning he'll give you a hell of a slap as a joke.

He's like an old fox that knows all the tricks and some will succeed for sure. It's a big risk, but he'll be fighting a legend an next HOF'er or ATG how do you like to call him, and should be quite big for his legacy.
Fan-wise a fight with the guy even you said he'll beat Bute twice, it will hugely rewarding, for showing the haters, for the "I told you so" that will follow the fight. To show who is the real hype and who is the real boxer in there. Don't get me wrong Froch deserves what he got until now and more, but some put him next to Calzaghe at a certain time... and I don't agree.

With proper schedule that timezones excuse doesn't work for me.
Also think that Bute has been coming from Romania to Canada to fight in another timezone and vice-versa.

    Froch followed by Hopkins.
I think Froch will take it if he doesn't recive a better offer from someone else(Kessler) or in the case the offers are quite close he'll might choose Bute for two reasons: He really underestimates him (like he did with Kessler and Ward, wtf like he did with everybody) and Interbox is presenting one of his harts desires ( a fight in England ) while Sauerland might only offer him Denmark where he believe he was robbed.
Two things stand in this fights way:
    1 Kessler
2 WBC Mandatory - Froch might think that fighting a guy like Noe Gonzalez(WHO?) or Nikola Sjekloca(WHO) or even Edwin Rodriguez who showed his limits against Will Rosinsky will make him the next Challanger for the WBC and also give him his fight easy fight that he deserve and it will be in England to.

In the Way of Bute-Hopkins is the weight limit. Bute will accept 170 for sure while Hopkins stated that it will be a joke for Bute to ask for a cathweigt when he climbed from 160 to 175 to fight Tarver.
And in the Way of Bute-Kessler is Kessler and Stieglitz, not as a duo.
