Mayweather beats Forrest. Loses to Winky. Forrest didnt look good against Quartey. Winky would have been tough though for Floyd. Bigger, almost as fast, great jab, great defense. How would Floyd open Winky up? Floyds not a volume puncher. Tough prospect for Floyd. Would favor Winky heavily.

 

he also fought them coming from 12 months and 15 months of inactivity respectively. also both of them are GBP fighetrs which floyd loves to fight for the last 5 years.

it's a huge money fight against a part-time boxer. oscar was hardly a threat anymore.

the pac fight showed how far mosley has regressed and floyd fought almost the same version just a year earlier. margo was his last great performance and that was 15 months before the floyd fight.

1. pac-cotto was the fight to be made since it was clear that pac was ringside the cotto-clottey fight and he would fight the winner. also cotto was with top rank so it's basically cotto has the inside track in the fight and the only thing that would prevent this is if he backed out.

2. pacquiao has just 1 fight at 135. dela hoya picked pacquiao as a replacement since he is targetting a rematch against floyd at 147 since floyd won't agree to fight oscar again at 154. so basically oscar was preparing for a floyd fight and not pacquiao at 147. when floyd retired instead, oscar cherry-picked a 130/135 pacquiao and made him move-up two divisions. so do you think it's proper if oscar made pacquiao move up 3 divisions? pac never drained oscar, it was oscar and his conditioning coach's fault for making oscar weigh too low with a month still to go thinking they need to be faster against pac since they already have the size advantage.

yeah you right. Floyd has been boxing since he was a toddler and still has the same intensity he has at 34. When I watched the Ortiz fight, Floyd still showed the great reflexes, blinding speed, amazing foot speed and upper body movement from 130.

This fight was from 2006 and it looks just like Floyd does now
