Yea, but he's a REAL heavyweight, ie option "10," too fat to even look at a ring. Some Europeans may very well be built like women, but MW is the gold standard for tits.
Im just above the super featherweight limit at the moment but i have not been down the gym since october, with training i could make super bantam weight.
I weigh 109 kg (17st/240lb) and I'm roughly 6"3. I have a strong build but I could probably lose 4-5 kg (I'm more toned than I was in that photo) no point losing any more as I'm only 19. I know there are some big 6"6 250lb beasts at my weight so I gotta work on my speed, technique and stamina a bit more.
I walk around at 142-147 depending on what I eat and how much water I drink. I could fight at 135 though
i am only gonna put on more weight from muscle though, i mean i think i will cut about 15 pounds of normal weight but imma gain more muscle. :bbb
I ballooned up to 265 my senior year in high school for football. No use walking around at that weight when you are not playing sports, so with Hard work and Dedication I got down to 210. Around 220 right now. Been slacking a bit cuz I got a girl now and if I look too good I might cheat lol. Im built like a NFL linebacker. I would look like Adonis if I got serious about training.
Right now my walking around weight is 181 pound 5'11 with a 4 pack. Fighting I would trim down to 174 and making weight down to 160. I would consider moving up to 168 in like two years.
