Wouldn't be worth it trying to carry him for a few rounds before KOing him and wrecking his legacy :D

as a nutrutionist i would say to everybody.i see so many boxers now a day thath gives muscles away by sweating them off just to get down to the lowest weight class as possible,so thath they can gain mutch weight afterwards so they get bigger and stronger than the opponent.TRUST me. you will be at your very strongest if u just train properly, and eat healthy food and fight at your natural weight. as son as you start pushing your body down in weight, your not taking fat off,but muscles, and you sweat of the fluid inside your brain, witch can make a strong chinned guy have a glass chin just after one punch to the head, and usually never recovers. Drink alot of wather, eath alot of healty protein and carb food, and train HARD,and you fight at the weight you land at. if you land between two weight classes,it is healty for your body to put on a few pounds of muscles, but if you go down a few pounds of muscles youll have a very short and unsucsessfull carrer.

    5'7...147-ish lbs.

Haven't weighed myself recently, and I've added a bit of size through weights.

I could easily make 140lbs if I wanted to fight again, maybe even 135lbs.

    I am 5' 9''

But What is better I am white and I have BLACK MAN Reach 76''.

That's what Froch, who turns out to have an iron chin, does at 168 (re: FC360).

I never weighed more than 155, and after trimming all the fat I could off of my body 2 years ago I went down to 145, which is why I think I'd be a natural welter.

Hey, I did get KTFO by a LHW 21 yr old in sparring when I was 18... :D

drozzy propably has that pathetic Canadian REach like Pascal and Lemieux fukin t-rex syndrome of hands warriors:rofl

  13. I'm so grossly out of shape right now I would probably be sucking air after running for 5 minutes. If I was in good fighting shape for my height I could probably squeeze to 154.

    This will never-ever happen.

  14. Too bad less than 1% of world class fighters follow your advice. :deal

Middleweight. Currently 170 but fighting shape I'd probably make 160, maybe 154.

    Height: 5'11
    Arm length: 25 inches

I have the proportions of Roy Jones Jr. but not his athleticism.

Too bad I probably have his glass chin as well. :-(
