When I hear nonsense like that no matter what the reason, Its makes my cringe, McGuigan knows boxing and isn't a bad analyst most of the time, but theres many many times when hes comes out with some unreal bull****.

also find him to be a real suck up with certain fighters, managers etc

 

Doesn't really answer my point though. Nothing wrong with Barry having an opinion. That doesn't not equate to hype. I think Frampton gets underrated because everyone keeps going on about the hype.

He's a good prospect and he's learning. Why does it have to be so damn extreme all the time?

 

Because he's being touted as this amazing super talent by McGuigan, the guy is over hyped, they are the ones bringing it on themselves.

Because he's his trainer. If everyone was saying the same thing then that is HYPE. If one person, his promoter/trainer/whatever, says it, then it's just bias.

Frampton's a good prospect and Barry obviously has a lot of affection for him. It's no big deal.

 

Ok you don't think it is fair enough, I don't either, but it is still over hyping a guy that doesn't deserve the attention that hes getting when hes achieved absolutely nothing, the guy been interviewed on the biggest chatshow in ireland.

They both have the tools to beat each other. But i think Quigg wins, we shall see. :good

 

kris makes the weight fine man.... he stays around the corner from me, he's very tall for the weight and has had a run of problems with hand injury's though i doubt he's got enough to beat frampton.

 

He doesn't have the power to discourage Frampton or the skills to outbox him.

I don't get why anyone is having a whinge about McGuigan bigging him up or him being on tv though. Cry baby stuff
