    no it's not that. It's just what you said sounds like something some dumb casual fan would say who saw some video of Floyd on youtube and now it like "Hey guys look what I found! Floyd sucker punched Gatti also and he did it to Shane. Did you guys know this?" :tired

    ATGs are immortal, you dont have to read about them cause you hear thier names mentioned over and over from generation to generation. Names like Marciano, Ali, Dempsey, Jack Johnson, Robinson, Louis, Pep, and Chavez. There are others but my point is that you will never hear Cottos name mentioned with the same reverence as the above. He is not and never will be an ATG.

    While I don't believe Cotto is ATG type fighter, he's certainly a future HOFer. He's turned out be the best Puerto Rican fighter since Trinidad. Not too shabby.

    Where did i say "contend"... Trinidad would've raped Cotto in a few rounds, no doubt. There would be too much power for Cotto to deal with. all i was saying was that there are comparable in achievement. Still, nobody says Trinidad is an ATG....

    I don't think Cotto would have beat Floyd, but he definitely would have made Floyd more uncomfortable than a hot naked chick.

    Cotto's jab is overrated. ****ing Malignaggi was countering that ****. If Floyd can take Oscar's jab away he damn sure could take T-Rex armed Cotto's jab away.

    Cotto is a one armed fighter. One armed fighters dont trouble Floyd.

    Trinidad got a gift over a prime DLH. Cotto got a gift against Clottey. Lil different. But I agree, there are alot of Cotto fans on this forum. Maybe its his tats.

    Who says we cannot have a list of top 200 ATG?

    He does not belong in the top 100 ATG but he is a sure HOF. Boxers who did less has been enshrined in HOF. If mark too sharp Johnson can be in the HOF then surely cotto should be.
