I fear tonight will be Brock Lesnar's final MMA fight.

I'd prefer Lesnar to win tonight, but stylistically I really cannot see how he has a chance. Overeem has come in heavy to aid his strength and TDD - not that he wasn't strong as a ****ing bull already (see Rogers fight). I do believe Overeem is a drug cheat who must be exposed, but since he has successfully dodged his way round the UFC and the commission's feeble attempts at drug testing, I expect him to smash a rusty Lesnar to smithereens within the first couple of minutes. This, on the back of the Velasquez beating, may be enough to convince Brock to walk away (though I wouldn't be surprised to see the UFC organize a Lesnar vs Fedor fight in the near future).

Cigano will **** Overeem up anyway, drugs won't help Ubereem defend against the boxing of JDS.

Fear? I can't wait. Maybe Lesnar can try a career in professional snooker next or something

I have warmed to Lesnar over the past couple of years. Of course he is a titanic arsehole of a human being, but he brings mucho ppv money to the sport, he never seems to have a dull fight, his performance in the Mir rematch was good, he is an antagonistic personality in interviews etc, and basically I'd like to see him fight Frank Mir again, so I'd be disappointed if he walked away.

It's just a pity his stand-up game is so disgracefully awful.

k what if lesnar loses CONVINCINGLY gets his ass kicked then maybe even knocked out,

How much hope would there be for his career?

cause such a possibility is NOT impossible by any means tonight

I hope it isn't. Brock has not had the luxury to fight more. If he does lose then I want to see him fighting every 3 months. Thats the only way to improve his skills, experience BUT also compile a record where people will accurately assess him rather than picking holes on STUPID **** like Couture was old, he was spoon fed, he is a bum, he is chinny etc

Obviously you have never seen Overeem fight pre-Strikeforce/UFC days. If ANYONE in the world had a frame to ad muscle it was Overeem, oh yea but thats right anybody who worksout and gets bigger is a doper right?

Alistair is about the right size for his height. He looks like a lean football player. He sure didn't look like a roider tonight.
