Wow, tough fight for Mitchell, not a "tune up" at all! don't be surprised at all if this actually becomes a great fight, Ormond is a tough ******* and is gonna grab this chance with both hands.

 

I concur. I'm a Scottish presbyterian, and even if Ormond did come out to Republican music I'd really have no issue with it. It'll hopefully be a good fight between two tough *******s. That's all I care about.

 

Last time I seen him fight he came out to "One Road" by the wolftones.

Folk had plenty to say about Anthony Small's support of Islamic terrorists so I think folk should be interested in Ormond's...they wont be but because everyone has forgotten how the provos bombed us for 30 years...

Not particularly, no. I don't agree with the Western interference in the Middle East over the last 50 or 60 years, and believe that GB and the USA are partially to blame for the hostilities that currently exist.

 

honestly, ireland was taken over by british forces and fought long and hard to gain our independance. many died in the process and they are hailed as heros today and always will be.

the majority of irish consider nothern ireland to be a part of ireland and not british and that will always be the case. ormonds view is a popular one in ireland

One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter. I generally don't get that worked up between wars over countries and religious & political idealogies. If I was born in Afghanistan or Saudi Arabia, I may very well have become Al Qaeda myself.

Apologies. I didn't mean to get caught up in any sort of political discussion in a boxing forum. I totally agree that it's all about the fight at the end of the day.
