    Garcia is pawing with his jab, backing Johnson up to the ropes and making him cover up. Garcia just loops his fists around the guard with looping shots and past it from underneath with uppercuts. Johnson is keeping his hands down during the chase when he isn't leaned up against the ropes or corner, relying on just leaning back to take the edge off Garcia's shots or avoid a few. Very little coming back from him. He grabs Garcia about the waist and spins him into a corner while clutching him tight and close.

    Johnson is getting cracked around his guard with looping rights and lefts. Garcia shoves him across the ring into the ropes and then rushes in to keep pounding him. Johnson looks for help from Ray Corona. He gets none. He starts feebly blocking again, but Garcia is rocking him from side to side with heavy thudding curveballs. Body shots now by Garcia. Long jab by Johnson, overreaching and countered by a hard right hand lead to his reddened nose. Garcia loosens his left shoulder in the socket and droops down, almost brushing his knuckles against the canvas before springing back up with another combo. Garcia pecks away at the body with straights and slaps up top over the gloves of Johnson.
