    Based on the TS's observations, Pacquiao was clearly on PED's in like, 04-05, let alone 2009.



    But I've been saying for years, over 70% of all athletes are on PED's. They are so very closely linked to the history of sports. Yes, Pac and JMM and RJJ and Hopkins and almost everyone else have been on PED's for many years.

    Evidence clearly shows JMM is more likely to be doping than Pac is that part is irrefutable. Whether he is on steroids or not remains uncertain.

    In this day and age, why wouldn't they be? I agree with Heredia, that it's the paradigm of the way it's set up, it's a business, from corporate to the athlete... so while there is testing and public stance of anti PEDS the entire structure wants the best product, and everyone benefits from the corporate sponsors to the competing athletes to have the best tools to succeed.
