How does this fight pan out? Nunn is longer, faster, and just all-around much more physically gifted. On the other hand, BHop is one of the most cagey/ crafty fighters to ever enter the ring, and also one of the most skilled.

BHop is considered by most to have a higher all-time ranking and greater legacy than Nunn, but Nunn is one of those h2h monsters. What goes down when these two step in the ring together, prime for prime, at middleweight?

I agree, I think Nunn takes it by about 3-4 rounds.

Hopkins struggled with the speed of Jones, Taylor and Calzaghe. Nunn had comparible speed and reflexes, while being longer than all three and smoother than all three - with lots of movement and output. Nunn was something else in his prime.

    Nunn UD in a snoozefest.

Both have tools to give the other guy serious trouble. Nunn with his physical attributes and speed. Hopkins with his skill, roughhousing, and boxing brain. I think Hopkins takes it narrowly if we're talking about him at his middleweight best, though.

Hopkins has a style weakness to fast 2 handed fighters his own size, ie Jones Jnr, Taylor twice, Calzaghe, Pascal, Dawson etc.
Nunn would be a fast 2 handed fighter the same size as Hopkins, which is a problem for Hopkins.
Hopkins wouldnt be a push over but Nunn would win by close UD

Ive got Nunn by wide ud. Especially if the ref does not allow Hopkins to throw a right hand lead and then hold.
