They never fought because Calzaghe thought Pavlik was a much tougher option than the skeletal remains of Roy Jones. It's that simple, I thought that'd be what happened at the time the fight was discussed several years ago and Pavlik was undefeated and looking good, considering what his strengths and weaknesses have been proven to be since there's no doubt in my mind Calzaghe wins. The question is can Pavlik win a round?
