Andre Dirrell vs Mikkel Kessler

so far he only beaten Victor Oganov so there is absolutely no proof he can beat anyone

 

I wish i had that same confidence in my man Kessler

 

you don't even need to...just watch Dirrells disgraceful lack of heart and chin and you'll know i'm right about this

Kessler is not that good at all Dirrell will box his ears off.

 

Damn, I'm reading things in this thread that are pretty far fetched.

First off, Dre does NOT have a disgraceful glass jaw. Yes, Abraham was robbed of a legit KD when he landed a sharp and short right hand that was called a slip, but Dirrel recovered well, and even though he got on his bike, he still outboxed Abraham and was on his way to a wide decision.

Second.....Kessler is DONE as a contender. He has always cut easy, and this fight is almost tailor made for the speedy Dirrel.

While I don't think Dre is a top 3 SMW he is still on the UP, while Mikkel is on the down. Prime for prime would be a tough hard fight, that is if we have even seen Dre's prime? IMO, Dre is gonna get better and with his brother, conquer the SMW division when Bute chases Ward up to LHW.:deal

 

Kessler is a very slow European robot who will eat leather for a couple of rounds before the ref stops it out of mercy

 

Kessler is an easier fight for Dirrell then Froch, Ward, Bute or even Glen Johnson. If Dirrell lets his hands go he'd get Kessler out of there. If he plays it safe and pot shots from the outside, he still wins going away.

 

Kessler fights in straight lines,I don't see him standing until the 12th round.He will probably complain of a non existant head butt.

 

Kessler in his prime would knock him out. Now way past it, he would still win on points.

 

This version of Kessler would struggle with the speed and dynamics of Dirrell. He was missing a lot against Carl Froch who is essentially a stationary target. I voted for a Dirrell decision but Kessler could stop him......

 

Kessler never had a prime. He never beat anybody. He beat Libardo Andrade and got a gift against Froch. Alot of people are thinking very irrational.

 

That's simply not true. Pot kettle black son......

 

Remember...timing beats speed and Kessler have a great timing. Dirrell have a bad chin and a disgraceful heart. Kessler is not lazy / arrogant like Froch, so when Kessler catches him it would be fun too see what Dirrell really got. Besides Kessler's got an iron chin.

 

He was beatin 9 rounds to 3 against Calzaghe. He beat Anthony Mundine who was very beatable. Hell say what you want about Dirrell but he dominated Abraham and in alot of people's opinion, he beat froch. Face it, Kessler never beat anybody and didn't make any of the top fights he was in close except for the Froch fight.
