Always fun to see people trying to tell CHEF how to do his job, im sure he hasn't analysed everything to death on the pros and cons of all the food/liquids he serves.
Not like hes working with the 2 premium heavyweights of this era.

Keepup the good work CHEF, some good info here :)

"I don't need a strength and conditioning coach all I need is God"

More proof this guy is a moron. I guess 'God' is on the side of people who abuse their wives. Why doesn't he just stop working out all together?

is that floyd's record, or his false god's record? I find it hard to distinguish who deserves it given all the credit he gets...

I have an easy time losing weight, but gaining weight has become more of a challenge as of lately. I know resting is very important, which is my biggest challenge since I work almost 70 hours a week and work out for at least an hour a day and have little time for sleep which avg. between 4-5 hrs a night. Im trying to gain around 7-10 lbs in the next 12 weeks in a good healthy way. I consume my usual chicken, eggs, peanut butter, turkey, steak daily. My question is what type of protein powder would you recommend? Right now I just order VP2 whey isolate and also Dymatize ISO 100.

CHEF do you also supply the PEDs or is that left to someone else?
