Alistair Overeem vs. Junior Dos Santos

I like both and it's hard to choose. But i gotta go with dos santos

 

Scurla do you think Samuel Peter and Chris Arreloa are better technically than JDS.

I was just asked that on Sherdog, the guy said they obviously weren't. I said Peters was but Arreola wasn't, what do you think?

 

Of course they are. But there technique leaves alot to be desired. That said one was a world champ (hey ho...) and the other was a world title challenger. Both 10-20 years ago would have been on the club circuit though. Speak volumes that either man has had any significant measure of success though.

 

Thats what I said. Does Peter have better technique or is he a brawler like Arreola

Wrong, Zuffa will love having Overeem on board. The guy is a marketing dream for them, he is every inch the monster they want for their HW champ, they were bringing up his K-1 credentials and the fact he was the SF Heavyweight champion constantly the other night as well. I don't see why anyone would think Dana and Co. are anything other than ecstatic about having him on board.

I like Arreola, at least he's exciting.

Overeem wins this by being a much, much better striker. Barring a lucky shot from JDS(Overeems chin is somewhat questionable) Overeem dominates this fight.

 

Overeem is a garbage striker. He's too squared up and easy to hit.

In addition, he attributed his win against that gay homosexual that just laid on the ground like a *** (Werdum), that he won due only to his size (40lbs of added muscle), which in my opinion denotes that he's probably not the brightest guy out there either.

I think Dos Santos outboxes the **** outta him.
