Okay, Abraham was getting to him late and we will never know what could have happenend.. Let me put this in another way then: He loses to Froch, beats Abraham(who ends up being dominated even worse in his next fight), beats a clubfighter.. Now he is the G.O.A.T
The only way Abraham KO's Dirrell is if his corner pours water in the corner causing Dirrell to slip and become immobile and AA catches him when he isn't looking. Exactly, AA was getting desperate and sloppy and Dirrell was tagging him. I guess this counts as a "comeback" and "on his way to a certain KO victory" if you are desperately trying to make a point and hope nobody remembers the actual fight.
Kessler by late stoppage, still. If he backslides to 2009/2010 form I could see Dirrell UD in the USA (but not Europe).
I agree that Dirrell was robbed because he was landing the only clean punches in the fight but Froch was doing everything in his limited arsenal to make him quit. Dirrell was flopping on the canvas because of the pressure Froch was putting on him. Imagine Bika, a stronger and more powerful fighter doing the same thing.
People thinking b/c he beat Steve cunningham he would stand in there w/ somebody like Kessler, even now, are clueless. I know Kessler is past it and his eye is messed up, but still. When he fought Froch he ran from him, Kessler is much more dangerous than Froch, clearly. Its in Dirrell to be great but so far when hes fought the better fighters he fights not to lose, rather to win. And wtf, on people that think, Dirrell could knock out Kessler? He could not do that with a bat.
For the rest of my life I will never watch Dirrell but his adversaries. So, right now, at SMW, I would only watch a match between him and Bika, Kessler, Froch II, Abraham, Ward and Bute. Anything else at this weight and I'll pass. I gave you some names here but chaces are he won't fight any of them this year. The **** he pulled is the worst I've ever seen/heard of. I don't give a f**k if he dies next week in huge pains. He is a talented guy but a disgrace as a human being.
