    thats a one hand circle punch at the end there and he simply brings it back- hes coming off the elbow with very little actual range of motion, plenty of non boxers can do far better than that

    Roy hitting the double end bag over 20 times straight with some serious speed and a bit of pop was his training footage that impressed me the most. At 6:08 or so it starts.

    As for the Paz fight I remember being worried Roy would kill him before they fought due to the size/broken neck/skills. Either way Roy still whooped his ass pretty brutally and did what he was supposed to. Roy was special when he was prime, Paz just allowed him to dazzle without any real risk.
