nah not really-...his footwork is known as legit inside of boxing gyms too..trainers and current fighters plus us fans who actually practice the sport will tell you his footwork is pretty good-especially for being an "unorthodox style"good
I practice the sport too :deal Like BrickHaus said he's been knocked down a lot of times simply because he's off balance and although he does create some awkward angles he also doesn't really sit down on his punches, he's bouncing about all over the place which I don't think makes good footwork. Anyone who is quick could just bounce about all over the ring and claim they have good footwork. Khan probably has better footwork than him.

naw be Gamboa has better footwork than Khan. Gamboa wouldn't have been caught on the ropes like Khan was all fight long.
Yeah I'm just joking around, I was exaggerating for effect. Khan has some of he worst footwork I've ever seen. Gamboa is awful as well though.
I feel ya. And ya Gamboa's can get bad and it gets him in trouble, but it's good when he gives an actual effort. A lot of times in his fights, he just seems not to gaf as if he's in the amateurs still and has a big lead. I see Dawson's footwork is really overlooked on here. You rarely see him off balanced when he throws a punch.
