Yeah. It's quite remarkable, that a slow, low-volume fighter like AA was able to make Dirrell look like a deer in a headlight. He looked petrified and opted for the easy way out. Both in the fight to avoid the KO and later from the tournament to avoid a certain loss to Ward. The guy has little confidence in himself and a lack of heart that justifies that position.
He nearly stopped AA in that fight with that cut he made from clean hard punches.....don't you remember ref calling time out and the doc having to examine AAs face atsch
So basically any big fight he's likely to get into? Way to not watch him :good But dude, why does anyone watch Bika fight :-(
For the moment I watch the fighters I have mentioned even if they fight cans. I slimply like watching them. Doesn't mean it has to be PPV or even live to do that. Anyway, I believe Dirrell will soon lose contact with the elite. Bika is, IMO, the most underrated SMW. He's top 4 in my P4P SMW - skillwise. It's a tossup between him and Kessler but I would bet money on him winning vs Froch even if he has a 50/50 bet ratio . He was just poorely managed but it could have been very well in Froch's shoes. Not only that but he gave Ward & Bute their toughest fight of their career. Calzaghe didn't have an easier night with him either.
I remember the fight quite well. My 'deer in the headlight' reference stems from the last couple of rounds.
Dirrell faked a KO in the spur of the moment, then wasted 2 years of his young career faking an injury. Listen bud. Kessler is trash. He's slow, his skills are overrated, if prime Roy Jones Jr, James Toney or a prime B Hop were in this weight class, he'd be known as a bum. He needed to get into a war to beat Froch by narrow decision in his home town. Got schooled by a prospect in Andre Ward, barely won a round. You're boy is the classic example of overhyped Eurobum. Dirrell would school him, Bute would destroy him, Ward would destroy him, I'd even pick Froch to beat him if the fight was in nuetral territory or England. Just live with the fact that the best fighter to ever come out of Denmark is an overhyped, stiff robotic bum. :good
Steve Cunningham. Dirrell beat a former Cruiserweight champ? Hell then he's definitely knocking Kesslers block off.
We didnt get the full interview. We got the showtime version of the interview, with clear cuts to make Dirrell's team look suspicious. Dirrell just sat out 2 years to avoid a career high pay day, which a month before he looked ecstatic to be taking? Doubt it. Frankly I was more suspicious of Kessler driving home after claiming he couldnt see.
GTFO with your 2 years **** that you're spreding here. ****** people might believe you. Andre Dirrell vs. Arthur Abraham 27-03-2010 Andre Dirrell back in the gym 16-11-2010 (http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=268208) Timespan: 7 months and 19 days. Don't give us bull**** about people with brain damage in the gym after 8 months. ...Not even after 30 years. Don't protect that scumbag anymore. It's for your own good. You loose credibility doing that, especialy if you lie. LE: found some other interesting stuff: http://www.eastsideboxing.com/news.php?p=30218&more=1 I: What kept you out of the ring for all this time? D: “Well mainly I had to get clearance from the doctor and that took three months. I was finally cleared and then after that I was looking for a TV date and unfortunately a lot of dates were taken, but Gary Shaw was able to get me on this show and I’m really thankful for that. So half and half; half of my problems outside of the ring and half of my problems after what happened in the Abraham fight.” Three (3) ****ing moths for brain damage. 3 months! Three moths. 2+1 moths! GTFOH with the 2 years bull****!
There are obviously questionmarks around Direll, but eight months is not a very short lay off for the body to recover from an injury.
Please let me see your credentials in regards to neurological issues you moron. Dirrell said the doctors told him to stay out of the ring for a certain period of time until symptoms no longer occur. Didnt Kessler say the same **** about his eye? I never heard of anyone's eye getting better without surgery. But im not an eye specialist. And lets face it, If you got in the ring with Dirrell he would beat your ****** ass to a bloody pulp. You are a nobody in comparison. Anyone that wishes death on a boxer is scum. Dirrell hadnt fought in nearly 2 years. He was one of the hottest prospects in the sport at the time. And he threw it away to avoid a career high pay day. :rofl This is why im glad you unathletic, unskilled Euro's are being exposed. Its hilarious watching your hate for better men.
I agree 100% with what you're saying except in this case we're talking about 3 months not 8 (see the LE of my previous post) and about a brain damage, not a body damage .
