Hate makes people do illogical things.

So he can control who promotes who? Blame Arum for the fight not happening but Pacquiao and his team did deny the fight and at one time said they weren't ready yet Floyd's the *****.

Wanting to be Oscar De La Hoya, the businessman, rather then Oscar De La hoya, the boxer who fought just about all his conceived peers.

:huh margarito was very vocal about the fight. winky would have loved to fight floyd then until floyd demand a higher purse split and demand a rehydration clause limit. martinez would gladly fight him now. cotto and pacquiao, based on their track record of fighting anyone, would not back down in a fight with floyd. it's just that floyd stopped fighting guys that are deemed a risk.

His out of the ring problems. Inside the ring he's never been out boxed or knocked out twice and nearly a third time like Pacquiao. Outside the ring is where his short comings occur.

He isn't in my eyes. He didn't earn that **** or his pfp #1 status. It was given to him based off of Floyds actions.

His shortcoming is a combination of things. People don't like him so they inclined to belittle and make excuses for his accomplishments. Also, Bob Arum has prevented several big fight from happening, and a lot of people unfairly blamed Floyd because they don't like him. Arum was smart enough to realize, that he could protect his fighters, from getting beat, and that people would blame Floyd.

Best fighter of his era? :deal

My vote was for ambition. He had it earlier on in his career. After the De la Hoya fight, it was all about the $. I don't blame him, really. This is a business after all. 3 fights I would like to have seen though were Tszyu, Cotto in 07-08 (Arum) and Paul Wiliams after his bout with Margarito.

Mayweather was a ******* before Pacquiao was a threat.

Damn imagine all the credit Mayweather could have gotten after beating Pacquiao, if he wasn't such a massive poosie. Too bad Marquez made him look human.
