Word is, Williams vs Ishida will take place at the Don Haskin's Center in El Paso, Texas with Chris Arreola fighting on the undercard. I hope Arreola calls Rodriguez out. Someone really needs to test Rodriguez.

That gash that needed over 100 stitches on his neck looks seroiusly bad.

I'm pretty sure Rodriguez was going to face a top 50 in March before this attack on his life.

Oquendo, Witherspoon, Harris, or Ray Austin seem like they wouldv'e been up to the task of testing Rodriguez on a bigger stage.

I'm hoping the cuts the are healed and the his mind is right to continue on in the fight game, but as of now, I'm just happy one of my favorite fighters is still breathing. Praise God. :verysad

shame to see guys like Rodriguez or Welliver or Scott never ever quite step it up

even a guy like JD Chapman mention in the thread showed some sort of promise

Yeah too soon to be making jokes but I doubt he is going to release any pictures until he is done recovering, all the best to him and i hope he recovers without it effecting his career. only pussies use knives

and also for the longest time the unbeaten streak was held by the likes of Donnel Holmes and Faruq Saleem, this isnt the best distinction

most american heavys with 0's havent stepped up yet, the ones without 0's probably lost to a Klitschko

I remember watching a short, porky hispanic heavy weight, but mofuka hit like a freight train and had Tyson-like speed? I think he was undefeated too he looked like Quezada but I want to say his last name was Perez or around those lines. Quick and I mean world class quick. I think he might of fought on espn not too sure.

No the one I'm trying to remember is fair complexion and either Mexican American or Puert Rican. He looked nothing like a fighter, but he sure fought like one. Alot of pop in his punches saw him fight about a month ago maybe more. What happened to Field's eye hee was banged up before the fight! Was this a tournament?
