    To consider either as the greatest title reign is actually quite ignorant imo.

    Maybe he just has very little boxing knowledge :lol:

    Then you clearly know nothing of:

    -the state of boxing
    -Louis' actual resume
    -the fighters he actually fought
    -1930's and 1940's heavyweights

    Joe Louis had an insane run, simply the greatest run in a single weight class and it is honestly not debatable.

    This thread should be to determine the 2nd Greatest Title Reign of All Time.

    During that vast majority of the time he defended that belt, he was at most the 2nd best guy in the division. Tito did indeed handed Pea his first clear loss...Only oroblem was that it was against a old, shot coke head Pea who was coming off a near two year layoff...Any of the top Welters at the time would of beaten him clearly, Tito happened to be the first one to get to him.

    and Oscar got beat as much as Pea drew with Chavez, my friend.

    Tito had Oscar running for dear life in the last three rounds. No way did Ole' Fishnets deserve to win that fight.

    Pernell can blame the corruption that runs rampant in boxing for the robbery against Chavez. Ole' Fishnets can't blame anyone but himself...
