I cant wait either for the elites. the final will be the best night in irish boxing this year- easily the best card- if you will.

I apoligiesed to Ryan, by the way, but what can you do when you get 10 calls saying he has turned pro??

did he not move to manchester and all???

My list is fairly similar, think 69kg is a toss up though. You dont think the ever always improving Ward can beat Egan again then?:think

Our highest-ranked 69kger in the AIBA is..... Chris Blaney at 39. Figure that one out. McLaughlin is 43 with JJJ at 44. I fancy Chris O'Reilly this time, but remember Roy Sheahan was a hair away from qualifying at the Worlds... Then Adam Nolan was one of the most impressive performers at last years' Elites. This division is fit to burst!

Its great seeing so much competition at 69kg in Ireland. Sometimes at national level there is one dominant boxer who completely dominates his weight class like Kenny Egan did for 8 years at 81kg and at49kg where Barnes is curently dominating. It really makes for exciting matchups and a few suprises. 64kg is looking good to, on there day either Moylett, Hickey or Sutcliffe could win it.

Mitchell Ormond is ON I do believe - especially after finding out there will be a Press conference on the matter tomorrow.

If Macklins wins a fight with Martinez and then defends against Lee. Would that fight likely take place in Ireland or the US?
