    I think the winner is contracted to the BDO for 12 months so I wouldn't bet on an outright winner unless you're betting Adams.

    If Waites doesn't want to stay with the BDO he WONT win this.

    I am convinced people have thrown it in the past.

    Outright winners are contracted for another 3 years, semi finalists one year.

    Klaasen left just over a year after he won and King defected right after he got to the semis, the contracts are not worth the paper they are written on.

    Is that right?

    It was Klaasen, Webster and Barney all winning, then losing, then leaving that made me think it was a year. It was more an assumption based on some poor displays that made me think it was a year.
