Mayweather was quite a lot bigger than Naz. So it's unfair to compare them. I'd enjoy watching it though, it would be hilarious seeing Naz completely and utterly dominated for every second of the fight until Naz's team throw in the towel.

Mayweather stops him late, think how much Barrera had Naz stumbling and hurt. Floyd would hit harder, more accurately and catch him more often. Naz is a B level fighter, looked great against poor opposition, then when he faced an A level top fighter, he got schooled and quit.
in addition to being bigger, Mayweather actually developed his skills to become a much better boxer. Even without the size difference, unless Naz landed a ko punch(es), he would still be schooled.
