But we are discussing Collins to Jones here. Not toneys record-not eubanks either, >Eubank and Benns resume dont transfer over to collins.:nono Toney was top dog P4P and Supermiddle champ Its a massive supermiddle win that incorporates the P4P as well Thats more than collins did Perhaps you could reacess that status ?
Banned substance not anabolic steroids. If he were on Anabolic steroids it would say so. Roy Jones Jr was on ripped fuel, that's something sold over the counter and is more like ephedra than anabolic steroids.
Yes, the actual letter from the IBF which clearly states "anabolic steroid" is wrong and can be discarded, as the truth lies within the posts of Roy Jones's cum-gargling hero-worshipping esb fanboy denier 'Boxmaster'.
What is the name of the anabolic steroid he tested positive for? If it doesn't have a name why should I believe it? Steroids have names and they don't all work the same way and aren't all detected the same way. A urine test isn't even effective for certain kinds of steroids but it is effective for detecting stimulants in over the counter products.
Alright then name the anabolic steroid because there is no steroid named "Anabolic steroid". So which one did he test positive for? Find that information and post it. There is evidence Roy Jones has abused amphetamines, if you look at some of his fast talking post fight interviews it seems obvious he used them at some points in his career. But I do not think he was on anabolic steroids. Banned substances of any type could be classified as anabolic steroids even if they never actually worked that way. The definition "anabolic steroid" was broad enough to include over the counter snake oil which wasn't even considered steroids until recently. Androstenedione and DHEA could be considered anabolic steroids according to some criteria but they don't actually work and aren't what professional body builders use. These sorts of bull**** steroids were sold in protein supplements at around the time Roy Jones Jr tested positive. What I'm saying is at that time everyone would have tested positive for certain "anabolic steroids" because you could buy a protein powder and it could be in there. Shane Mosley I don't think was innocent, nor do I think Evander Holyfield or James Toney was innocent, but in the case of Roy Jones Jr I do think he was innocent. Whatever he was on didn't make him any stronger or faster than he already was. And he wasn't on it when he went up to heavyweight and beat the **** out of Ruiz.

Anabolic Steroids increase the amount of testosterone in the body. If the test shows you have unnaturally much of it there are most likely something fishy going on. You dont need to know excacly what Anabolic Steroid that has been used to create the effect. At least thats how is how it is done today. This is flat out bizarre. Amphetamines is not mentioned in the letter and is not an Anabolic Stereoid. Talking fast does not prove you are on amphetamines. The test states he was. This can only true if the test used in the state at that time did not measure the amount of testosterone in the body. If it does not increase the amount of testosterone in the body it should not show in a test. Protein powder does not effectively increase the amount of testosterone in the body. If a functional Anabolic Stereoids where sold openly like that at that time I would like to have a source for it. Anabolic Stereoids makes you stronger. Thats how they work. It was impressive indead, but I dont know if you need to be great to beat Ruiz.
How can anyone rate Calzaghe at 175?, all he did was have a close fight with a 44 year old Hopkins and beat a beyond shot 39 year old Roy Jones. The RJJ fight had him drop from P4P#2 to #3 instantly. RJJ dominated 175, unified all existing belts and wiped out all existing threats. At 168 Jones fought and beat the best opponent available, James Toney and defending his title numerous times before moving up.
Dont be a silly Zod. Whichever way you try and spin it, it is all alot better than anything Toney did. ALOT BETTER. Im not going to try and go down the he did this or didnt do this etc. These world class fighters far out weigh what Toney did. Even Wharton who you note was a solid capable world class SMW Jones didnt want a part of Calzaghe. But here I see Calzaghe wanting to fight Jones [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1jVrFZDxZS0"] This content is protected [/ame] 6:45 in. "For 2 years Calzaghe has chased pound for pound number one Roy Jones, but to no avail". Roy Jones: When he beat Chris Eubank I started watching him then. Steve Bunce: 1997 Roy Jones: I knew it then...but he then kinda backed down on the opponents he was fighting so I RELEASED THE IDEA OF IT [fighting Joe]. So Jones admits he was aware of Joe early on, but wasn't interested in fighting him. BBC, 21st November 2001. "It's all very well being the best in the world, but you need big names for big fights," he reflects. A fight with the Eric Lucas, the WBC champion, is a possibility, but unification fights are notoriously hard and expensive to arrange. As is a bout with Roy Jones. "To be honest I'm getting quite fed up with it," Calzaghe said. A bout against the undisputed light heavyweight champion has been the subject of ongoing speculation. "It's difficult because of the different networks involved. He's with HBO and I'm with Showtime - that's a massive obstacle in itself. "Secondly, you've got to ask yourself whether Roy Jones would want to fight me. "At the moment he picks his own opponents, fights the easiest guys he can and gets a lot of money for beating them. "I'm dangerous and I can take the mega money out of his pocket. Why would he want to fight me? Jones himself made the statement that he did not go fight him because it was too risky be it in the UK or states...he stated that on National TV while commentating on Calzaghe/Hopkins those words exactly get a copy of the fight and find out yourself....If Jones said it himself then any argument you have is out the window because Jones stated nothing about why should I have...I was ranked #1 he was ranked # whatever he said...IT WAS TOO RISKY FOR ME AT THAT TIME ESPECIALLY IF I HAD TO GO TO THE UK... he added nothing in on it.... roy jones the man who fought Richard Frazier the part time cop and then bragged about his greatness afterward....
you are a truely **** poster scar I don't think there has ever been so much delusional, narrow minded ignorance in one post in the history of esb :nut
