He could have just said he wanted one in the post-fight presser, instead of all this nonsense.

Peterson might as well just tell him to go **** himself, shove his money up his ass. I'm sure Arum can find a place for a double belt holder on his roster, with plenty of options for him to go in with.

Khan ought to be careful what he wishes for anyway, if the result gets overturned people will consider him a sore losing twat who always gets his own way, and if he gets the rematch he'll probably lose again and it'll be game over at the top level.

So Khan is a 'soft *****' despite putting it on the line on numerous occasions against some of the bigger punches in his divison, away from home, whilst 'Del' is only deemed 'a bit of a dick', this despite being a woman beater, and someone who resorts to biting his opponents when he can''t blow them away?

So moaning is worse than hitting women, is that correct? Hmm.

A pair of judges that prefer making the opponent fight your fight and landing hard shots over constant bunny rabbit/funky chicken style running and countless flurries + endless fouling?

He didn't need to flex his muscles and squeal like a little girl who's had her barbie taken to get a rematch. Nothing of the sort. Admit the better man won on the night and say ''he'd like a rematch'', and request his promotional team make an offer.

Peterson said immediately afterwards that he'd do it again, and other than saying ''he'd like to weigh up his options'' - which was after all this nonsense started - nothing he has said leads me to believe anything different.

Plus, if the IBF or WBA order a rematch Peterson can always bin the belt(s) and take another fight. He'll be remembered as the real winner, most people with eyes scored it to him close but clear.

 

Wait..... so there was this guy in a hat, right? And he was talking to some guy from the WBA? And this guy from the WBA wasn't actually a judge and had no effect on the scoring of the fight?

Really? I think you'll find that opinion was split pretty evenly down the middle. ESPN had Khan winning by a margin of three(!) rounds, Lederman had Khan by one, and I think that ***** Rafael also had Khan in front aswell.

There's little more than a ham sandwich between the two divisions, I don't particularly care for the ''*******'' weight classes, and Khan not long ago said he was moving up to welter anyway. Go figure.

Peterson would beat him again because Khan is utterly useless on the inside, and can't stand pressure. Peterson took a couple of rounds to figure him out and from then on he was in control of the fight, save a round here or there.

As for most of the names you've mentioned, Lederman can be thrown out immediately, he's a company man for starters. He had Pacquiao clearly winning all three fights with Marquez, for instance. I've not seen any analysis from ESPN, but in any case, I'm confident in the judgment of the posters on here that have no agenda, most of them scored it to Peterson if I recall.
