    You're...not?

    Oh.

Is that one of our resident silly geese? It's hard to keep track of them all. Especially for a septuagenarian! :eek:ld

So you rate Pac lower than Khaosai Galaxy (ranked 43rd ATG by The Ring) whose fought 1 fight outside of Asia? :patsch

Honestly, if only Pacquiao was American.. most would consider him in the top 10 ... since he is filipino, people just wont accept the fact that he is a 8 time champion in 8 weight classes and also Fighter of the Decade but he has accomplished alot. If Mayweather jr has accomplished what Pacquiao has, he will be an #1 ATG passing ALI.

Probably from a place where he'd be rated lower because it's not America.

Every one from David Diaz onwards had been a cherry pick. Diaz C+ level "belt holder", Oscar De La Hoya had De La Hoya. The once great welterweight and very good very good light middleweight had no bussness being at 147. It would not be the last time Pacquiao used his poisition to draw an oppoent in to a weight that compermised them. Ricky Hatton. He'd already been knocked out by Floyd Mayweather. (who suposedly dose not hit that hard). Miguel Cotto. A good but overrated boxer, who was mulipated in to a catchweight to the binifit to the smaller Pacquiao. Joshua Clottey. Was given this fight because Pacquiao would rather have fought a guy comming off a losss than face Mayweather.
Antonio Margarito. Already destroyed by Shane Mosley and exposed as a possible cheat in all of his previous fights. Margarito had always been boxings most overrated guy. Even if his hands were clean in every fight but the Mosley fight. Shane Mosley. Before Mosley lost to Mayweather and drew with Mora. Pacquiao would not get near him in a boxing ring. The Pacquiao campoffered a fight at 140, but they new Mosley being older and fighting at 154 would not take it. Juan Manuel Marquez. Back in 2009 Marquez strugled at the same weight 144 against Mayweather. Had Marquez looked even half way decent this fight would have never gooten made.
Everyone at the top is somewhat protected. Pacquiao is more so than anyone else.

PC: Was coming down to 145 tougher than you thought it would be since you hadn’t weighed 145 or less since 2006?

MC: I felt really good at that weight. It wasn’t a problem for me.

Pac and majority of todays fighters will find it hard to jump yester-year fighters because the changes to the sport.

    Multiple worthless tittles

    Added Divisions

Promoters and Fighters get to pick and choose alot more

ALOT more corruption and blatant at that if you ask me

Todays ERA is EASIER....didnt they create a belt just for Pac...i mean come on.

:rofl and Chavez drew vs Whitaker, 3-0 Marquez, watch the fights.

Pac is top 40-32 for sure. He did beat Barrera in his prime and was the only one to stop Morales, even if it was when Morales was on a decline.
