Yup, 17,000. You must know, u was there mate! Or was everyone in the bar when Ricky was fighting?

Amir khan was the champion fighting Paulie M. Froch the champion against Taylor.

  6. I think he would too.

He's probably a better puncher than his record suggests, or he's given credit for.

He never really hurt Katsidis but he had enough to keep him quite honest all the way through, when I just expected a steamroller job.

I think Burns would draw Mitchell onto him and hit him with uppercuts at will.....

Mitchell's best chance would be to box off the back foot, but I don't think he'll get the opportunity here.

you also got to remember the last time he got ko'd in 2 rounds will he still have the same support? Mitchell travel's to Scotland if he wants it he has nothing to warrant the fight at home.

Anyway I dont want to see Kevin's MEAN looking face on any posters again!

I'd agree he is a better puncher than his record suggests, but definately not heavy handed, he seemed to hurt Kats from time to time to the body as well which is where I think he'd find success against Kevin.

Burns has got a good engine too, so coupled in with his body work early on could wear Kev down by the 9th/10th and force the stoppage.

    :good

I have Billy right, Kevin had his chance and blew it. Ricky shouldn't have to come down here i think it will sell enough up there either way. Kevin may have beaten Murray but he's gone and let himself down since so Frank won't go to mad lengths to make his dream come true this time. Kevin has to do this himself go up to Scotland into lions den and try snatch title.

I personally prefer they used a indoor arena for a fight up there.

Hey, I don't blame you. I'd smoke this place out if it happened to Aguacerito prior to him being shot.

As much as I would love to see it at Upton Park, It should really be in Scotland, providing the moneys right for the boxers.

Nope, I don't feel he would go to Scotland. But I guarantee he would fight in America should be beat burns because that is where the money is.

Ricky defended his title against Nicky Cook in England did he not? What is the difference?

Billy, you are a smart bloke and you understand boxing better than most on here. So you will no that boxing is a business. The fight does better business down here than up in Scotland. The Kelvin Hall was rocking when Burns beat Martinez. But it only holds 2,500 people. It doesn't make any sense mate
