I see the angle you are coming from....if Barrera had Khan in trouble any time within those 4 rounds and the fight was stopped on the cut you would have been screaming robbery.

 

Peterson isn't "so good". That's another reason why it's so funny that Khan seems desperate to get this overturned.

If Peterson's victory is tarnished, that's why neutrals like us are annoyed. Why should his best win be tarnished just because a spoilt kid didn't get everything go his way for the first time in his career?

His victory is only tarnished because Khan has acted like such a big girl's blouse over the whole thing.

Peterson isn't under any obligation to give Khan a rematch, but said he would if the offer was right. Until such time as Peterson signs to fight somebody else with a reasonable offer on the table to fight Khan I'll continue to believe that.

Wrong, most casual fans thought he lost, 70% on a sky poll thought Khan lost and Johnny Nelson, Steve Collins and Barry McGuigan all agreed it could have gone either way with Collins and Nelson thinking Peterson did enough.

On the rematch, Khan would have probably got his rematch if he didn't act like a complete ******* and **** all over Peterson's best night in boxing. he was promised a rematch but even after that cried about it relentlessly for days and weeks after and now this embarrassing bull****. Khan deserves nothing for the way he has disrespected Peterson.

Exactly, HBO and Sky were both pro-Khan. I watched the HBO coverage and they were hanging off Khan's balls from the first round.

Best thing for Khan to do is ask for a rematch. If Lamont decides he doesn't want one atm then Amir should continue with his career and aim for the other top 140lb fighters. Fighters have being genuinely robbed in the past and haven't kicked up such a fuss like Khan and GBP have. Khan just got the wrong end of a close decision - big deal.
