This content is protected i think it's a fair compromise. this is a big fight and if they think that they can fill 40,000 for this fight and floyd won't fight outside of his home, then build it where it is. and end of may is just a few more weeks after may 5 and floyd won't be in jail until june again so this would be a win-win solution. floyd could argue to defer his jail time in june if he gets some damage in his fight with pacquiao. the thing is, why is schaefer inssistent on a may 5th date? it could be that they already scheduled a canelo fight for floyd?
Its ridiculous man, if the fight on May doesnt happen, it sure wont happen on November as well, as for Mayweather will go in for 3 months, he won't be out till September and then Arum will say there isn't enough time to negotiate & promote the fight etc. Another excuse. so what is the difference if we set the fight on may 5 and set the fight on may 19 or 26 which is 2 or 3 weeks later. that's why there is compromise in negotiations. why is scahefer so insistent with may 5th?
