The winner of McKenzie-Dodson will get Enzo, not exactly the most surprising piece of match making there.

I won't tell Bomber what to do he knows his body just a little bit better then I do, but I hope he isn't staying at Light Heavyweight because the Cruiserweight division is unfashionable.

Cruiserweight is probably the most under promoted division outside Germany, in the UFC Light Heavyweight (205) traditionally has been one of their strongest divisions and if you look at the Cruiserweight division it has as much strength in depth as any division in Boxing right now.

    Are you daft pal??

I bring up bile cos I run at 5:30am and on an empty stomach, I run to my limits on a track and often end up vomating, If i ran at say 17:30 Im sure I'd be bringing up food! I eat between 4-6 times a day when in camp although its all good food and yes Im on a diet but I lose 2 pound a week every week till the fight thoroughout my camps, Right now Im 13st 3pd, I could post a picture on my twitter to prove that no problem, I control my weight these days and have learnt from mistakes in the past..

As for me fighting McKenzie, Not a chance, My mate Tony is fighting him, I've beaten him easily and also at his own game standing and slugging.. I need opponents that are gonna test me and get me up for it, Not ovil McKenzie and not Tommy Karpency! I have said from day 1 im improving so quickly under my team and I want to keep showing that, Fighting Ovil again with all due respect wouldnt do that, I think we can all agree Im better than Ovil.

I'll see Ovil again but it won be in a ring it'll be watching him shouting for my friend Tony to beat him, I'll see what these purse bids bring next week and take things from there, I will promise this though, My fights will show improvement and that I wanna be taken seriously at world level..

Thanks again you guys for the support even if the topic is a load of BS..:good

The whole concept of a professional athlete running on a empty stomach is daft. Usain Bolt would not train on a empty stomach, Lance Armstrong would not train on a empty stomach..? because you have not taken on the nutrients and fuel "In the form of carbohydrates, which will be converted into glycogen", to give your muscle and overall body the energy it needs to push through these workouts, at the most of your ability.

Its a clear sign to me, that your quest to make 175 is hindering your full physically potential. And its going to take a toil, on your body mate. If it was just alittle fat burner, easy jog......"Which allot of body builders do"...maybe i wouldn't say nothing.

But by the sounds of it, you where doing fully fledge hardcore sessions in this physical state.

I don't think this is the right way to live, or the right way to train.

The one and only PK is back. Posting certain sentences in bold, certain sentences in huge letters and also posting a lot of quotes.

"Who the **** is PK quoting?"......... WE WILL NEVER KNOW

But I'm glad he's back..........."to create some controversy" in these British boxing forums......I only wish.... that he be aloud to create threads again...

Eating 4 - 6 small meals a day is correct when your in training for a fight but to do your run on an empty stomach is plain stupid im not saying have a full breakfast just a small bowl of porridge then go on your run say an hour latter you will get more out of the run that way performance wise, think about it if I race my mini againts a ferrari and the ferrari has no fuel in the tank no contest my mini wins :oops:
