lmao you ****en ***** mu****as. this isn't anything new. Its a discovery procedure where parties to a lawsuit are asked and required to show their records and documents related to the case. And its a standard practice for lawyers from both sides to make it harder for their adversaries in getting their respective jobs done. They give as little information as possible. any lawyer who gives out everything readily with a smile deserves to get booted out because they are getting paid by clients to fight every step of the way in the suit. So they throw out all grounds to not give evidence like "irrelevancy" or that records don't exist. And if Mayweather is asking for all hospital records from the Philippines from the last 15 years of Manny' career, they may just be asking for the impossible because record-keeping is not strictly practiced in the Philippines unlike in the US where everything is kept down to the dot. If Pac's team says records from the last 15 years are nowhere to be found except for some few kept by NSAC and some American hospitals or reputable Philippine clinics, then Mayweather's team may just have to look for them themselves. The lawsuit isn't going to halt just because of that.

In any case, this is not new and Pac's legal team not cooperating with the adversary is just what is expected of them being the highly-paid lawyers that they are. Just as Mayweather is avoiding deposition and his lawyers are doing everything to cover his ass for not attending them

Do you really think this is a "hit"? Pac will provide the records...no problem but the action to demand the medical records of the man whom he has accused (yet denies) of taking illegal drugs to improve performance is really a sign of desperation.

There's no reason to demand medical records to "prove" something if you never made the accusations.... But knowing that your case is weak and the writting is on the wall...desperate times will call for desperate measures.

The big hit to Pac is the perception that he is no longer invincible which was ridiculous to begin with. But mentally, that could be enough to produce a slump for Manny because this not something he's use to.... But Pac is still top of the food chain which means he can sit back and manage his options.

Unfortunately Bob isnt really looking to make things easy for Floyd and Pac to square off. With all the bad blood I understand not liking Floyd but he's a Jew and a promoter.....money should trump everything else.

 

Manny is stupid, I can't believe he's a congress man. Him taking Floyd to court over this is stupid what a diva move. Why not just take the test? At first I hated Floyd and was on pacs side but pac like Floyd has made it hard to like him. What a waste of time and money god forbid he becomes president .

 

I thought that would be enough on their part. What else do you think are definitive proof enough he didn't use steroids. You cannot exhaustively prove a negative.

Now if they can prove the above it would blow the case wide open because it isn't defamation of character if its a true statement. :deal
