If Peterson has his titles taken away, which I think he will, it will be incredibly unfair to a man who deserves a huge amount of credit & respect for his performance. After hearing about his personal history I was really happy for him, despite the fact I thought Khan won & the ref was woeful.

If he gets the opportunity to earn more money against someone else rather than earn less to fight Khan again what would you do in his position? Team Khan & Amir himself arent easy to work with, Peterson must be pissed off by everything that has happened post-fight & if he gets a better opportunity then I hope he tells Khan, the IBF & the WBA to **** off.

    War Peterson :ibutt

ye but its a big if, if he has no titles, whos gonna want to fight a live opponent like him? and who would pay more than a khan fight? khan for the vacant belts is probably again his biggest purse, no way bradley offers more as a voluntary defence against peterson who has no belts. i just feel that the only loser in this situation is epterson, who left it all in the ring that night and deserves something to his name

No, you misunderstand, though the IBF are responsible.

Its not a question of did Jmm do enough to beat Pac or did Chisora do enough to beat Helenius. Though I disagreed with both decisions the results still stand.

My problem with the Khan-Peterson result is the flawed scoring process which renders the result as useless. It has nothing to do with Peterson fighting his heart out & winning a close SD.

Looking in the boxing news is like reading the Sun, why should I bother...I can only say what I saw on here....I think that your dislike, it actually comes over as something a bit stronger than that, of Khan has roots deeper than the reasons you give.

He was handling them and passing notes to the judging panel...the camera wasn't on him the whole fight so its difficult to make a judgement and thats the problem....along with the missing card(s) of course, this making the FBIs handwriting expert a bit of a moot point. Somebody has said it earlier...HatMan has probably ruined and maybe be even responsible for the erasure of the greatest night in Petersons life.

I'm not insinuating anything, I just think that there has to be something else at the bottom of it because you spout so much vitriol...It isn't just dislike, its much stronger than that....there are many more people in boxing worse than Khan but I suspect you don't have the same hatred.

thats the crux of the matter, and my real issue with this whole debacle, i'd love khan to come out and say "let peterson keep his belts, as long as he defends against me in a rematch" that would be the best bit of boxing news i've heard so far in 2012 and would likely remain so

I'd agree 100% with this, but ultimately and unfortunately it won't be up to Khan

thats the sad part, and i could accept this begrudgingly if i knew khan was lobbying for that result, but the fact is he's behaved like a child in all of this and not shown any respect to peterson imo, which has annoyed me, not sure me being annoyed will make khan have sleepless nights but still...

just hope a compromise can be reached but i see peterson losing his belts and having to fight khan on a GBP show in manchester for the small share of the purse
