And as far as exhaustively proving a negative, you are correct. Which means in this instance, Pac must (from a strategical standpoint) offer to provide all the evidence possible to come as close as possible to proving that he never used steroids.


How does it look to a judge and jury if he brings forth a huge lawsuit, with the burden of proving that he has never used steroids, but then refuses to hand over every single doctor he has ever seen? Discovery is not the place he should be posturing and playing silly "boxing-negotiation-leverage" games. If he wants to win this case, he'd better cough up everything and hope that there are very few symptoms of steroid use that show up in those records.


You better believe Mayweather will have some of the best experts in the world looking over those medical records once Pac provides them.

Pac is suing mayweather. Mayweather not Pac is the one being accused in court. Pac has to prove that mayweather KNEW for a fact that Pac wasnt on steroids. So its up to pac to provide the evidence. If he dont want to, then dont start a case.
