Mayweathers corner man says they are looking at Cotto-Maidana or Bradley for May

    I believe so. IMO Canelo would beat Cotto and he will make a Floyd fight more lucrative and exciting. A Cotto vs Floyd would be boring and Floyd would just get a decision.

    Makes most sense to fight Cotto who is coming off a big win over a Mexican. Since Floyd's fight will be on May 5th, all the more reason for Mexicans to root for Floyd. I heard Cotto is now a free agent but still has ties with Arum. Hopefully Miguel gets the fight with Floyd somehow. Will be good for both guys and the fans.

    How would Mayweather vs Cotto look in the ring? Usually I can imagine what I fight would look like but I am having trouble with this one.
    Mayweather going to chase down Cotto as he circles the ring over and over?
    Obviously I think Mayweather beats him and probably by stoppage.
    BTW - I would love to see Mayweather stock down Maidana. Someone mentioned that early in the thread.

    Maidana doesn't possess the speed and explosiveness to stand a puncher's chance against Floyd. Nobody really has a puncher's chance against Mayweather 140-147. This is the least competitive fight for Floyd out of those names. I wonder why if they didn't say the winner of Alexander-Maidana? Cotto is the best fight of those names, a fight that fans have always wanted to see.
