    It's a *******, dude. He thinks he's being cute, making some point about how Pac wasn't given credit for beating an "over the hill" Cotto and now all of a sudden he conveniently isn't over the hill anymore.

    The fact is that Cotto is the most highly creditable win for Pac since moving up from SFW (or tied with Marquez III). With almost everyone else there was an asterisk (DLH was old and drained, Hatton was sapped of confidence and soft of chin after the check hook, Clottey didn't fight back and was scared and just there to get paid, Margarito was slow as ****, Mosley was shot...) but the Cotto win was legit. He wasn't mentally and physically broken after the possibly plaster-induced loss to Margarito. He was fine against Pacquiao, and lost square and fair.

    Your point is poorly made.

    Yes, people discredit a lot of Pacquiao's wins since he moved up from SFW (and with damn good reason, in most cases).

    Cotto is maybe his most creditable win in that time period. There are no excuses there.

    Stop pretending there are more than a handful of people making any excuses for it.

    :deal thank u. u r one of the few people on here with common sense. sometimes i discredit pacs wins to **** these *******s off but i NEVER mention the Cotto fight cuz that was a great legit win for pacquiao because Cotto is a legit credible fighter that was on top of his game. and i didnt even expect pac to win.
