Why does Vitali get a pass despite being a proven drugs cheat?

    Steroids - he didn't get the chance to put them to use, he was caught and thrown of the team. But the intent was there.

    I know, it's disgraceful.

    Every Eastern Euro was juicing but Vitali took it to a new level. His own team had to ban him because his levels were way too high for even them to hide.

    So he used them prior to the Olympics and turning professional?

    Is that worse than what Jones, Mosley, etc, did?

    Not challenging you or anything, Shaunster. Just that there's been quite a few Vitali steroid threads. I assumed that his was a notorious case or something.

    Are we supposed to believe that it's a coincidence that you now get designer PEDS which current testing methods cannot detect and Vitali suddenly stops failing drug tests?

    All proven cheats should be banned from boxing for life. No exceptions. Not matter if they are Andrzej Fonfara, Natalino Carrera, Chavez Jr, Margarito,Toney, RJJ, Mosley, Vitali or any other guy. They risk peoples life by doing so, in a sport that is already very dangerous. A prison sentence would not be to much either.
