    just saw it. http://www.examiner.com/boxing-in-l...t-like-that-nate-jones-on-mayweather-s-return

Mayweather’s corner man Nate Jones, a longtime friend since their amateur days dating back to 1994, also feels that May 5th would be pushing the envelope a little too fast for such a huge event.

“There’s a slim possibility it’s going to be Pacquiao,” Jones told me shortly after news of Mayweather’s delay hit. “I don’t think Pacquiao’s going to agree to everything on the table yet. But if he does it’s a possibility. I just think Floyd wants a little bit more time to get ready. We’ll probably need more time. Get everything done with the business and start training for the fight. We’d like a little more space in between. Aint no rush to fight a big fight like that.”
    .......................................

same as what Roger said before the Ortiz fight and what Floyd told Koncz.

    here's the latest from Manny.

    http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...showdown-with-floyd-mayweather-a-better-match

Manny Pacquiao knows what Top Rank chief Bob Arum won’t say—Floyd Mayweather is the only fight worth making.

“That’s a better match,” Pacquiao told the Manila Bulletin of the proposed May 5 date with his American rival.
Pacquiao was pleased to hear that Mayweather’s jail term would be deferred until June. He implied that he would be interested in resuming negotiations for May 5, stating, “[T]he question now is if we can agree.”

Pacquiao also said this directly after the JMM fight:

And later changed his tune after Arum gave him a little talking too. So let's see if he actually follows through or if this is just the ramblings of a politician who doesn't control the future of his own boxing career.

TEAM PACROID IS AFRAID-They are scared of Floyds right hand-Floyd's footwork will control the tempo of the fight-Freddie knows this, thus he makes the comments he does-Floyd will be able to 1-2 jab right hand when PAC THROWS THE AMATUER HOOKS.

Floyd will be able to sidestep Manny and pop him with a check left or a right hand when he does his little "run in" thing he does...

Easy fight-Floyd by KO in 7 maybe 8 rounds.

roger said almost the same thing before the ortiz fight.

again, my point was what nate jones said would likely have been talked/debated in floyd's inner circle.

I just find it funny how when floyd was going to jail they where talking about a may date

then when the sentence gets postponed suddenly the cut is too bad and will heal conveniently when floyd is in jail

Not to mention how arum hasnt even entertained the idea of this fight this time, instead straight away trying to book marquez or bradley in.
