Manny's always been like that, and many, if not MOST, fighters are like that. They defer to the promoter, their job is to fight and not to make matches.

Anyone who thinks that Arum wouldn't want part of an ATG purse in the May-Pac matchup is a full on *****. There hasn't been any doubt that Floyd is ducking for quite a few years now by anyone connected with the sport who's not named Mayweather.
