He is still saying that it depends on Bob Arum :

"Whoever the fans want me to fight, I will face him atop the ring. I don’t choose fights. It’s my promoter who does because it’s his job. My job is to fight, everybody must realize that," Pacquiao emphasized.

Let's hope for no "vacation" again from Floyd.

I'm sure if it was up to Pacman they would fight ... outside of the lawsuit and the purse split ... these guys were on a collision course and Pacquiao said after the fight with Marquez that he wanted to fight Mayweather in May. But it's obvious Arum is pulling the trigger on this.

Pacman says he wants Floyd next, the Arum says they want Floyd next, then they say Pac's cut won't be ready until June, so May 5th can't happen.

Then they'll say November is fine, knowing full well Floyd won't fight in November as he'd barely been out of Prison. Then the whole sorry saga starts all over again.

Good news but come on people, just like Mayweather, Pac is saying something that the "fans" want to hear; that he doesn't duck anybody. We all know that Pac doesn't have the balls to stand up to his promoter and tell him who he really wants to fight! Never has and never will. If no Mayweather just retire. There aren't any good fighters left for Pac to fight. The choices Arum is giving him are pathetic, other ofcourse than Marquez but why have a fourth fight with him if we all know that Marqez can only win by KO which will never happen.

    Pacquiao stresses he
    wants Mayweather next :

In all honesty, I don't think 'Team Pacquaio' want the Floyd fight, unless there were extenuating circumstances on Floyd's part (diminished athleticism or skills after prison, was injured or weight drained), which made them fairly certain Manny will win. The only legit, impressive win I have for him in the last couple of years is Cotto. I enjoy watching Manny fight, but I still cannot believe he was given the decision against JMM, that was disgraceful.

On the other hand, I've no doubt Mayweather is certain he can take Pacquaio apart.
