why does vitali refuse to take the test ?

    what the **** are u talking about? He takes the test after EVERY fight as required by all commissions... plus they will take a test anytime anyplace....

    notice how NOONE (except povetkin against Wlad which wlad AGREED to do) manager, promoter, or boxer has ever requested additional testing for a fight with a brother

    so just like RUSKULL said in his post
